@Donald Longo the truth you don't want to hear...ditch the luxury cars and buy a couple beaters, then ask this question again. $2,000/month on cars is insane and if you're seriously looking to invest in RE to presumably MAKE MONEY, and invest in your future, you need to straighten out your mindset first.

The bottom line is do what you need to do in order to get one of them out, and use eviction as a last ditch effort because you likely won't get them out in 60 days.

@Juan Jorge  The other thing I forgot, but this is last ditch effort is if the main taxing authority won't give it to you, as an alternative you might go to one of the other taxing entities....like school district, water district, city, etc.
