If I were doing it all over again, or I got displaced to a new location and market and were starting all over, I would find a broker that is killing it in the space I wanted to be in and literally reach out and ask to work with them.That’s my .02, sorry for the long post.. but yeah, do that, be disciplined with your leads and hold yourself accountable and try to get into a space in the real estate world you really enjoy and you should do great.
