That's true, however what if they can't deliver on the occupancy in a short period.

We have yards signs that say "I support Vacation Rentals"  if you are on the beachside I can deliver to you and we need as many out as we can get before the 18th. 

We manage a few in NJ and are constantly shipping up and/or ordering supplies to be delivered to cleaner.
