I have friends who live in Sherman Oaks and the views at night are even better than the daytime, you are looking down into the valley and can even see planes on approach to Van Nuys.

If you can, visit the property both in the daytime and at night.

I think when it's on a set day, time, etc. it makes it much easier to build on.

If you tried to resell it prior to the 60 day time period, wouldn't the escrow company see the restriction on title and refuse to work with you?
