There's a lot to learn but its definitely doable :) I agree with the comments about Avery Carl's book as a starting place and would also listen to at least 50 hours of youtube and podcast content on the topic.Good luck! 

The main issue that would scare away buyers is that there is a lot of debris (couches, household contents, ect.) that have been basically thrown in a pile in the front of the house.

From what I know as of the end of last year, you didn't need a license to wholesale real estate in California.Wholesaling is 70% sales and marketing, so I recommend consuming related content.

I subscribe to The Business Journal, and they have a version of it with quality content on each of the major metros across the country.
