If anyone thinks it is, recalibrate your moral compass before you end up in a lengthy lawsuit, behind bars, or shot for trespassing.

If you show them some compassion and tell them upfront you want them to stay as tenants that may help too.

The Bible is not about economics or captialism, it's about humanity, compassion and philanthropy once you wade thru all that worship stuff (the ultimate anthropomorphism, and, frankly, the deepest insult toward God which could be made: thinking of Him as having the human weakness of wanting or needing praise and adoration like some kind of emotionally needy despotic monarch who needs to be kept appeased to hold his wrath at bay).

. - RE companies like the compass that's introducing weird tech inventions when selling homes; their investment making RE seems like a tech is so weird and huge mistake I guess. 

I've paid more than my fair share of involuntary compassion tax to host single mothers of four in my rentals.

Maybe let's address the moral compass of some of these so-called realtors out here before we go wondering about other things.
