Hi all - I'm literary sick to my stomach as I'm really frustated at this issue.

My properties are not too far away from the Cleveland Clinic hospitals and facilities.

Housing there is in demand because of the clinic and I'm sure it plays sort of like a big college town with some twists.

Given its location near Cleveland Clinic, a university, proximity to downtown there are a good number of multi family units that might fit your criteria.

It all depends on the bill rate from the hospital/clinic. 

I'm currently a hospital Operations Manager (non-clinical/ support services departments). 

Also, Cleveland's industry has been climbing, (Serwin Williams, Progressive, The Cleveland Clinic all headquartered here)  That and our 7 colleges within driving distance from anywhere in Cleveland always allows for much demand in rentals.

The room is a patient room in a medical clinic.
