We have a client with shells in the front yard and turf in the back, and they're worried it might hurt pets' paws.

I do a lot of boots on the ground stuff for different clients of mine who might need stuff like leasing, walkthroughs, contractor recommendations, but want to be more hands on with the managing of the property.  

I'm familiar with Jeff and the C2C team (i've heard great things) and work primarily with Fernandos team who I love.Right now - all of the padsplit loans I am working on for my clients are underwritten based off long term rental rates.

Properties at that rental point don't exist (I have 2 rental clients now that $1200 is the least I can find & its a dump). 

They also may be working with clients who they can refer who they normally would not 

I have gotten two very good clients that way.. this way I dont spend a dime on marketing they come to me :)

And, even if he has real estate clients, doing a tax return doesn't really educate one.

Hi, Ohio is a great place to invest in real estate my clients from all over the world definitely agree.

We can only hope future clients get their expected return.

Again, treating folks with housing support funds with the same dignity and respect as everyone else, usually nets quality clients that listen and do their best to follow the rules.
