Some of the repairs/upgrades suggested by the inspector are Central A/C (Currently window units), Upgrading the electrical breaker box & an in depth electrical inspection as there are some loose wires in the attic, pest/rodent control, and to fix a fence that is falling over.Also, can anybody help me analyze this deal?

Slate roof (insurance company hated that, I've posted on here before), old galvanized steel or cast iron pipes that were failing piece-by-piece, old electrical with tenants complaining about tripping circuits, cracked foundations and water in the basement, and on and on.

not sure. however, a tenant being provided a legal way to live in a house without paying rent DESPITE THE LAW STATING THE OPPOSITE, is unacceptableI implore you, if you ever find yourself in an escrow hearing, request a dismissal due tot he fact that the preconditions have not been met, and appeal to circuit court if not granted.
