Keep in mind, though, that simple portable space heaters are a source of many fires each winter.   

Hot tub, fire pit, fire table and chairs, grill for food, portable toilet, mini fridge, ac/heater unit, and games.

I'd offer them a portable unit.

I can still rent out portable units as traditional storage units at a cheaper price, yet I can offer my customers the added benefit of portability.

For hvac is it on boiler with window units, central for each unit, mini splits, or basebord with window units and or portable? 

I've set them up with a portable dehumidifier, they are using the power wall vent next to the range.
