Investment Info:

Other other investment.

Cash invested: $5,000

200 Sq ft couple's bnb. With a garage that opens to a 15ft X 15ft deck. Hot tub, fire pit, fire table and chairs, grill for food, portable toilet, mini fridge, ac/heater unit, and games.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Easy cash flow.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

The shed and deck were here when we bought the house but it was just used as a shed.

How did you finance this deal?

Our own savings.

How did you add value to the deal?

Amenities that were here or easy to come by.

What was the outcome?

Weekends were full and profit of $900 at the end of season.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

We need to invest into more real estate, and add more lights.

Challenge was to keep an open mind to guests wants.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Nope
