SFH's can carry more risk as you can quickly lose 100% of your revenue if a tenant stops paying, but they also generally come with more tenant stability.

The letter they sent me said it would take 45 to 60 days to get access, which would have been horrible.As soon as I got access to the account I had a lot of home work to switch over all my accounts from my last bank.  

I have used Yellow letter HQ and I have only good words to say about them.
