My guess is a lot of first time RE agents start out trying to be 'investor friendly' but give up after the 100th out of state investor asks them to send their 100th 70%-of-asking LOI and after 6 months of running all over and calls, and emails, and being laughed at by selling agents, they stop.Not trying to paint all investors with a broad brush (hell, I'm an investor), but most agents don't want to bother.

However, I like to stop by and check on the property and do minor yard/tree/brush clean up or repair projects that are less expensive for me to do than for the PM to hire out.
