When you pull up to your property and see something that boils your blood ( WhIch happens to me frequently BTW) you need to first ask yourself A - is the tenant hurting my property???

It's one thing if you already have experience or the money to burn, but it's another to come in to a 2.6M deal and say an extra 100k (3%) is "too rich for my blood".

@Steven Blanton From my experience, anyone shelling out their own money to someone who doesn't have much of a track record will want to take everything and have you sign on the dotted line in blood.

Weather or not this man is crazy enough to commit murder in cold blood is not something I or my dad would like to find out.
