I attended the free seminar and the first session of the 3-day course.

It is the perfect length of time to throw on for a daily walk or cardio session.

I'll probably go to the evening session just to network and see if there is anything worth pursuing.  

The scouts I train have to give me at least $50 bucks and sign a basic time-commitment of at least 6 months to show they aren't going to disappear after our first webcast training session or they aren't working for the competitors trying to fish for info.

Go to the housing court , take part of a day and sit thru a morning session so your familiar with how the housing court process is done.4. you can file the action yourself and it's nothing to be afraid of if you have a good idea of what you need to do and visiting the housing court will make you prepared.5.

But we're already actively involved in note buying and 30+ unit apartment complexes ("involved" means Anthony Chara's boot camp, MNREIA training sessions and meetings as often as possible, note purchasing club where we're actually investing in one, etc).

Coopetition is a thing around here, with wholesalers co-wholesaling for others, building a team, etc - buyers are not the problem in this market, DEALFLOW is, but the right team behind you can make it all worthwhile.Hope to meet up sometime - and Rob in my office offers free 30 min coaching sessions too, if you think that would help!
