As for hobbies, I really enjoy playing basketball, a good mixed-martial arts session, mountain biking, also road cycling(with said mountain bike lol) , and as of lately just enjoying a good ol’ hot beach day!

I think your answer is it depends - as you know immediately around WSU it can get sketchy in a hurry depending on what block you are on and how far off of Hillside, 21st, or 17th St you are.I think the University enrollment has been edging up and they've gotten some great publicity/national attention from the basketball team and Charles Koch's recent book release.One other thing you might check out is the Innovation Campus (I believe that is what the WSU President is terming it) development of the former golf course.
