I've automated as much as I can and am still looking for automation solutions for a couple of things.

But I saw it first on 10/4 (from both Realtor.com and another Realtor's automated listings). 

I believe this not only because of our tax structure, but also because of increasing job instability and the impact on jobs from technology and automation.

Hey Simon,I'm building a tool that does pretty much what you describe, to automate what I'm doing in spredsheets.http://www.reikit.com/compsIt uses zillow/google maps data for lookups, but I use it with my own comps that I got from my realtor, then I run my own adjustments to get an accurate ARV.It's still early days, but check it out and let me know what you think.

Hello BiggerPockets  Community,I'm a contractor/consultant in Northern Virginia providing Home Automation (The Internet of Things - "Smart" devices), Security & AudioVideo design & installation services for both commercial and residential properties.

I made some money selling items, but in the end had a LOT of things to deal with. 2 30 yard dumpsters, 2-3 dump runs filling a truck, and now have a couple tables, dressers, couch and such littering my storage trailer and at my house.

I wanted to reach out to this group and see who is currently doing terms deals - mainly selling on owner financing or lease option.I would love to get feedback on any and all tips on automating the selling process as much as possible. - Who shows your properties?
