Page or tool to assemble comparable list

I wonder if there is a webpage or a tool that let me assemble a comps list. Similar to Zillow and their zestimate, but I'd like to be able to choose which properties to include. Would be nice if I could export it at the end into a PDF or so with a map where you can see the property locations followed by the list of properties with images, price and some info.
