A financed option is a financing arrangement under Dodd-Frank with any consumer.Selling significantly above your recent purchase price, basically increasing the value for your financing is predatory dealing and lending, the value of a property does not increase due to financing terms!

Sometimes I can't find a person on the assessor website because the assessor's office has the street name arranged a certain way that you have to play around with excluding the direction in the address, the abbreviations or making sure your spelling correct.
