Series LLCs are great structures to hold investments, and can be structured for anonymity to lower the potential for litigation. 

I'm not familiar with Washington state's property tax laws, but an anonymous call the the local assessment office could give you great insight without pinpointing the actual address.

I have talked to several lawyers about land trusts and here is what they tell me:Land trusts provide anonymity, and no asset protection (which is why the properties should be also held in an LLC), however the land trust is worthless because-if something happens and you get sued, any half decent lawyer is going to find out who the beneficiary of the land trust is (you) and you are screwed anyway.

Honestly there is no complete anonymity everything can be looked up somewhere and ownership determined.Me personally I have no reason to disguise who I am and the fact that I own the property.

I would probably call in an anonymous tip if I was that worried but if rent is being paid I probably wouldn't care too much
