@Tamika Rue In most counties, the three years they can redeem administratively, through the county, runs through the last day of the month for the tax sale anniversary.

Hail damage claim deadline to complete work & get recoverable depreciation / increase claim amount

Claims manager said Farm Bureau’s rule is 180 days to complete the work but that they give a 2 year window as a curtesy.He also said the work has to be completed by the 2 year loss anniversary date to get the recoverable depreciation.State: Georgia Company: Farm BureauLoss date 3-18-13No work done yet on roof

I have a couple of questions regarding tax lien investing, specifically in NJ.1) If I've been paying subs for a year on a lien I own, and the property owner sneaks in a quarterly payment after a year, can I still foreclose on the 2 year anniversary of the original tax certificate sale, or does that clock get reset because of that one payment?
