Hello!

New to the site and I am grateful a friend and fellow newby told me about how much this site will help me learn. My husband and I are wanting to grow our self directed IRA. Our thoughts are to start growing with fix and flips and then add buy and hold rental properties. We are nervous about investing our money in a market that we know nothing about.

So.....With that being said.....I am so happy to get advice from experienced investors.
