Holding on to three properties might not be the best thing for me to do in this stage of the game now.

Their training and data analysis does seem systematic and likely to yield good results based on my hour-long call. 

I'm 24 and still in the "learning stage" but want to move forward on my first purchase in the next ~12 months.

Far too many get stuck in the "paralysis by analysis" stage, thinking they just don't know enough to get started.

From my analysis it looks like shortest vacancies are in SouthWest Fort Worth, while fastest appreciation is in Anna/Melissa.

Should I focus on teaching him the basics of personal finance, like saving and budgeting, or is there a way to introduce him to more advanced concepts like market analysis? 

I have been practicing my deal analysis daily, but it's hard to tell if my numbers are accurate without comps. 

Did you also do an analysis?
