How are you coming up with that much larger market rent for all those units?

We deal with it all. 

Zillow tracks all listings for all periods.

However, purchasing a "turnkey" flip, typically I have had more maintenance issue from items being flipped cheaply or incorrectly, with no warranty at all.

I can't even access all of my old property reports that I created with the calculator in the past couple months without upgrading to BP Pro.
