Some people who may be contractors have alcohol problems. 

Or how about when they call you asking you to have something related to the pool fixed because....YOU own the place....and lets not forget when they have a pool party with or without alcohol and someone slips on or around the pool?

I do know that drug addicts and alcoholics are covered under the America disabilities act so I would think a basic policy would suffice.

My biggest piece of advice to save that amount of money would be to stay away from alcohol.

It is alcohol based and pigmented white and we sealed the floors and existing studs that were showing.

If they are drinking alcoholic beverages outside in public, you should look into whether that is permitted in your area.

I love his statement of how Wall Street was drunk and the Fed supplied the alcohol.
