So, I went hunting.Huntsville, Alabama, caught my attention because it’s a highly educated city with growing industries and a stable, diverse economy, as well as a really high quality of life compared to the surrounding areas. 

It's an asset that will continue to grow as more and more people and institutions begin to adopt it as a safer hedge against inflation than precious metals. 

There is a growing trend of apartment owners investing in submetering systems for water as these have gotten more affordable.

My gut feeling is it's going to cost around $4,000 to repair and has been there for ages.

That is different for everyone, but tailor it to your family's goals.She is in medical sales and dreads aging in this industry, so being able in 10 years to transition into fulltime REI with me is appealing to her.

I think demand will continue to grow as the area settles into its next life as more of a year round destination.
