If you are affiliated with the transaction as an agent AND as a potential buyer, you'll have a hard time getting it done (Read near impossible).

I don't know the specific ethics rules in WA, but as an attorney, you have a higher ethical bar, so might want to refrain from things like "I know of a RECF platform" without disclosing your affiliation with them.

They don't have live streaming without a cable affiliation and let me tell you - the Today Show is marshmallow fluff compared to the education I was getting daily from Squawk Box, etc. ...

I was just looking at this company and as soon as I saw they were affiliated with Midwest Corp I hit that exit button.

As soon as I became licensed and affiliated with brokers, the spam deluge was incredible.
