I don’t got to Walmart thinking I’m going to offer up some work to get a discount off my purchases.  

The property is in a good location central to all of Northwest Arkansas, across from a bike trail extending from Fayetteville to Bentonville, within walking distance from a desirable elementary school, close to a large and very nice park, about 3 minutes from the highway, and about 20 minutes from Walmart home office.

On a second note would you rent in a town with these facts; Population of 8,300, has a walmart, has a University branch up there, but is kinda poorer than most areas around 19k a year on average income. 

That is like saying I must only shop at Target, never WalMart.

Nevertheless, my product is now on Walmart and other major retailers, and also licensed with Disney...  

Get you a smart 65” from Walmart and some green tea mattresses from amazon and be on your way. 

The MLS is the equivalent of buying your groceries at whole foods instead of wal-mart.

Looks like the area around walmart, off of 138 area is going to develop a big area of the land right there and i heard that they want to add another grocery story in that area. 

But in my opinion, Kroger's and big lots declined in sales due to the Walmart supercenter being built.
