The W9 is an IRS form, and it expects a SS# or Federal Employee Identification Number (EIN), not a state issued ID number.The part about not requiring corporations to fill out a W9 is correct, as you are not (currently) legally required to issue 1099s to corporations.

My house I am rehabbing now has vinyl tiles in the kitchen, when those need replacing, I'll go with commercial vinyl tile in a large square, and I'll replace the vinly in the bathroom at the same time.There are wood floors in the living room and bedrooms, one room needs refinishing.
