We are Atlanta's little teenage brother growing up (fast) We are all lucky to be in a booming city basically still many years of growth left I have to disagree on this being a good buy and hold market.

I chose real estate investment because I want to fund my own nonprofit for teenage youth.

Example - 48 yr old mother of 3 teenage sons.

In my area, mostly Longview and kelso WA. the closest we get to a real gang member is a young teenager doing meth with his single mother.

I have 5 kids - 3 teenagers and a set of twins so time is precious for sure.  

They'll tell you the handyman is a drunk, the girl next door is donating plasma to make her rent, there are mice, the current landlord is IMPOSSIBLE to reach on the phone, The bathtub faucet has dripped for 5 years, The teenagers down the street are gang members...
