We left a few areas of sublfloor and sealed with KILZ or something like it, bombed the house, painted every surface and put new flooring - we should have torn out all the subfloors, sprayed the attic and replaced all the heating registers.Cats also pee on things like the boiler, oil tank, hot water heater - all your mechanicals in the basement.

Vacancies have bee increasing substantially and rental rates are dropping for property types across the board in Los Angeles County, especially retail.I see this since I provide Broker Price Opinions of Value, Market Rent Lease/ Sale Studies and Consulting throughout Los Angeles county.REO's are slowing surfacing.

Lots of things can cause this but the gist is you are probably getting water in through the window or wall surface which is condensating.

Charles what you want to do is dull the layer of glass that makes up the glazed surface, without removing any color layer below the shine layer.
