The damage to the sheet rock in the basement wasn't bad, and I set up a bunch of fans and ventilation in order to prevent mold from growing.I went to check on the first floor apartment to see if there was any damage and luckily there wasn't.

I overlook alot of things when I am the guest, but if I have to ask permission to lower the thermostat to 68 for my mom then you would get a 2 star review from me. 

Our properties are all in Memphis, so Little Rock could be a different experience, I can't speak to that.
