It is small (6x8 ft) with a current handicap shower and single sink outdated vanity.

If you are blind to intelligent ways to reduce them (while still investing smartly) that does not mean that all others should be equally handicapped.

State and federal Fair Housing laws and acts, like those in NC, deal with discriminatory housing practices for any person engaged in a real estate transaction (like renting) based on race, color, age, religion, sex, national origin, handicapping condition, or familial status of the applicant.

I also thought it would help my handicap out, but three years later I am still not seeing much improvement in that department! 

They have about 30 handicapped spots, which is ridiculous!

I never want to be mediocre and give them the excuse to think that they were right about me just being “another boy with a handicap.”
