Milwaukee is an interesting market (I've been investing here for 15 years) but with 1.6 million people in the metro area and neighborhoods famously changing block-by-block, location is critical.

Visit and Join Metro Detroit Real Estate Investors Group  theres some people on there that offer that service.  

Yeah I might stick with that, it’s hard to find deals anywhere but at least you can get deals done in the smaller markets, in addition to flip I got I lost out on another one by 4K and probably should have just gone higher, a few other deals I was interested in “only” got 4 offers and they were well priced, my point is it’s hard everywhere but you can deals done in these types of areas. almost any asset class in any major metro is just over saturated and you end up with a “ winners curse” when bidding .

Who(specific person or position) would you recommend I add to a team to acquire Commercial Real Estate Properties that are in the Phoenix Metro Market?

I'm in the NYC metro so even 1-2 hours out is pretty pricey, but I can do some more research.

My last Detroit Metro eviction took around 4-6 weeks between slow application process, bailiff scheduling conflicts, etc. 

For context around our area…population is less than 200 in our immediate area, nearby is 2,000ish, and closest metro area is a little over an hour.
