My wife and I own a couple duplexes in Florida, however with insurance costs on the rise, we're looking at Wisconsin, which is where my wife is from originally, and we're looking at small multifamily in Sheyboygan. 

The reason being I have to build up my credit score before I can get approved for a loan. 

We have credit scores over 730 and have been "soft approved" for around $750k.

I don't think the estate was being decietful, but their dearly departed originally di have 8 acres but sold off parts along the way resulting in a net of 1.8 acres. 

DSCR loans are based off of down payment, credit score and either actual or market rents so it helps to supercharge an investor's real estate goals and net worth.

I already have an LLC that I originally set up as a business entity to facilitate managing, overseeing, and expanding my real estate ventures.

I've personally benefits from this and now originate $8M+ loans from the same loan officers who gave me my first $100K loans 10 years ago.
