I was a kid when they had that string of child murders back in the 80's, and I think that made my parents more paranoid than most other parents.

The last time I researched this, there were 1.3 million REALTORS and fewer than 10 were murdered.

.$200.00 laterHer first month there the bathtub mysteriously ended up having to much water go through the overflow and it started leaking downstairs....at 3:30am.........I ended up paying for a plumber to come out for that one...................She's a youngster.....22 years old that passed all the background checks, etc....but it seems like every month or two something comes up with her....Meanwhile at my other rental....to a woman in her thirties......no problems........Interesting 

Josh Calcanis we definitely provide value and are considered the best but these new guys are charging 30% less for a similar offering and our niche, tho class A with solid income - is price sensitive because this is a second home while they commute/are on call for work...I may try to mystery shop some the competition and get more info on what they are offering

Why people are willing to pay such massive amount for motels is a total mystery to me.

I also realize that the a big part of the S H O R T sale mystery is in the hands of the bank/investor of the property loan, but I have read about the Equator system used by some banks and wouldn't it be brilliant to get the buyer access to the information side of this system.

There is no mystery and many of the other successful investors in my area do these types of deals.

There was no murder involved.

It is a mystery to me why people listen to the advice of losers who don't know what they are talking about and don't listen to people who have actually done what they are purporting to teach.Call up the rich dad guy and ask if you can talk to him about real estate investing.
