I recently used the glue down 2 mil in an entrance way, laundry area and a bathroom.

Laundry, park, playground, etc.

I have even washed them between tenants, or for a long tenancy, I just replace them.Just zip in the brackets well (hit a stud) and measure to get the right size curtain, height may be the key with not much space between the top of the sliding door and ceiling.Best of luck.

Once he did mention that the central heat gas line needed to be hard plumbed through the furnace housing, and the washing machine drain needed a p trap. 

The process will obviously cost quite a bit more and Safeguard seems to have washed their hands of it completely. 

Problem I have with that is there are no other shutters on my house and the green ick that sometimes appears on Hardiplank in Houston’s humid environment that has to be power washed or JoMaxed off. 

., I would say start developing a relationship with small jobs like pressure washing or dryer vent cleaning. 

That's why I am building a hybrid hotel/apartment community with automated entry, exit, and communication, on site amenities (pool, gym, laundry, outdoor courtyard with kitchen), located in the shopping and restaurant areas, and adjacant to major transportation corridors. 

Also, when you are calculating returns, don't forget that utilities are in your name, you need to pay for internet and Netflix, paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and cleaning supplies, extra sheets, towels, pillows, etc.  

I have made some upgrades since living here, fully renovated the bathroom and laundry room, upgraded appliances, added a tankless hot water heater, and replaced all galv. pipe with pex.
