Sorry for saying this but class A tenants look a lot different than D or F class tenants.I think you want to read some of the MOrris threads you will be surprised at how good this guy was at what he did,they say the same thing about Doctors being private pilots.. every time someone at my airport lands wheels up the first thing out of their mouth is it must be a doctor :)  However since I bought my Cirrus Sr 22 back in 04 and have been a member of the Cirrus owners and pilots community I have come to know many doctor pilots and boy I find them to be wicked smart and pretty darn good pilots and of course they have the means to go out and buy a 500 to 1 million dollar airplane like us lowly developers do.. 

True, the first two years are mostly background courses, the fun stuff happens in your JR and SR year electives.So take a year off and think.Also, those who have said it's only about networking, that's really only true for a certain personality type.

I agree with you, Rose Village is improving; I've seen it change over the past few years and I'm inclined to think it will continue because of it's proximity to Uptown, SR-500, and I-5.
