Hi everyone, I’m a junior in high school (16) and finance is one of my hobbies.

So long as the Land Contract is recorded, even a mortgage has been found to be junior to it.

I am very interested in multi-generational houses or especially homes that are easily convertible to allow for a junior attached ADU per California's definition.I have searched through literally thousands of house plans and noticed that very few of them have this ability.Has anyone else attempted to do this? 

You would likely be looking at an ADU and a Junior ADU on the property.

I bought my first investment property 2 years ago during my junior year in college.

For example, if a first trust is being foreclosed you can quite easily assume that any junior liens have not been being paid since before the first went into default.

Then they hit their desk, look at the pictures of their kids, remember how they have to come up with the two grand Junior's braces are costing them even with their piddling dental insurance, accept once more that it's going to have to go on the Visa, swallow down a wave of bitterness and anger at their own son for putting them deeper in the credit card debt hole, and lean forward to turn on their computer for another day at their utterly meaningless corporate job.If that's motivation by resentment, I guess that's me.

Lucky for me in 2007/8/9 I was working (working to learn) for my mentor as a junior developer.
