Whether or not it would be a covered claim would depend on what is being alleged and what your role was in the fix & flip.Most policies are written on an "Occurence Basis" meaning that the policy covers losses that occur during the policy period.

@Victor S.To summarize the 10 pages of this thread, Mike has been trying to drum up clients for his Sub2 and turnkey businesses by posting various sky is falling pseduo-facts that allegedly prove the equities markets are a ticking time bomb that will soon implode upon themselves for the past six months or so.My favorite "proof" of equities impending demise so far is the fact that a small small fund in FL, who was running hundreds of individual client accounts lost all their client's capital by trading naked options.

Lawyer alleges malfunction has to occur for it to be legit, but I had a broken septic pipe previously that was revealed during routine maintenance even though the septic was still functioning ok so he is just wrong about that.
