So far, Board hasn’t spent the funds from 2023, but they also didn’t move funds back to Reserves after it was pointed out at the annual meeting that the funds are in the wrong place. 

Way too many moving parts to predict it and the bull is in the China shop right now breaking things. 

Of course, if we have another available unit that's similar to the one they were looking at, I'll pivot to that and offer to move their current application over to that unit as long as they would still qualify under whatever the new unit's rent is. 

My wife wants to move to a better neighborhood with good school districts and I'm for it.

Typically when people graduate they look for a job and move to the area of the job.

There’s no specific law mandating general liability insurance, but it’s a smart move to have it.

Tell them the people move out or you start an eviction. 

That absolutely eats any potential cash flow.. we moved here because of cheap property taxes and turns out it’s not so cheap after all if you’re an investor lol.

Or, you could move out and leave this first purchase as a rental and buy another.
