Probably the strangest thing is that one of the light switches in the kitchen actually operates the built-in dishwasher...can’t figure out why that ever would have been a practical requirement.

@Dawn Anastasi and @Brie Schmidt - yeah, it seems like a combination of leadership setting and example of an environment and then managing to keep that ideal.

I would probably not want to try to rent out apartments smaller than 600 SF in my market, and in a new building tenants would expect 2Br 2Ba, central heat & air, dishwasher, w/d hookup in the unit, and elevators beyond 2 floors.

I agree Dawn Anastasi I think there are/was partners behind several of those deals!

And, as Dawn mentioned...had the agent locked the door, the husband and/or wife could have been the one with nefarious motives and then the agent would have been trapped inside with them with no way of escape.
