I remember working for a real estate investment group and they mentioned taking the removed faucets, toilets, fixtures, etc to places that would give you a tax right off.

Usually for these sellers it means nothing and that they did the cheapest crap possible with some carpet replacement, paint, and new knobs and maybe some fixtures if your lucky.I could care less about such items.

Are you prepared to take him/her to the tile store, paint store, carpet store, countertops warehouse, plumbing fixture store, etc.? 

I will say with new construction you are looking at roughly 450-550 dollars per fixture.
