Wealth to me means an abundance and balance in life.Not just in dollars but also health wise, spiritually, relationship wise, philanthropy.At the end of all you can't take it with you but you can look back at your body of work and how you impacted lives and tried to make the world a better place and helped your family on a path to their goals and dreams moving forward.People need to look at all aspects of their lives as investments.

Heck, that's the easy part.2- I'm in central Indiana, so there's an abundance of affordable infill lots that I can get my hands on.3- I have a few sets of building plans that I've put budgets together for, so I know what my build costs are versus what I can get in monthly rent.

It closely reflects a thought I had when I first connected with my current group about how they could not just make extravagant statements but actually "walk the talk".To the OP's point however, let me re-interpret the "myth" for you:Yes, it takes money to do just about anything.The point is that it doesn't necessarily have to be YOUR money.As long you have some other value to bring to the table, thru networking and relationship building you'll be able to gather folks around you who have an abundance of money but a dearth of what you have to bring to the deal, whether that be time, effort, knowledge, or some other item(s) of value.
