Precious, I'm an RE agent and investor in Columbus Oh.

The company unexpectedly reduced their footprint in the Augusta, GA market due to a big corporate HQ decision.  

The only way I would consider buying precious metals online is if I have recommendations by others who have successfully used them.So I’m asking the regulars here at BP if you have any recommendations.

The goal is not to create a Pebble Beach or Augusta National but to provide a quality experience on a clean, manicured course with an interesting lay-out with nice greens.

I am not much into precious metals, just my two cents.

I will be up in Jacksonville in August as I was asked to speak at the Jax REIF meeting. 

Additionally you can use options which aren't leveraged per se, but can work that way if used properly. 2)  The fact that you say your "interest in liquidity is dismissed" makes me really want to encourage you to do some more research on investing in general whether that be RE, traditional investments, precious metals, etc.
