Hey @Carrie Taich - I've heard of larger buildings bundling utilities together but it's not a wildly common thing to do in Chicago. 

The lady even mentioned she had an eviction 10 years ago (which didn't show up on the background check).

Leah I have met Missy nice lady very sharp and experienced  the other one you mention i think is Martel  don't know them. although I think I remember them maybe working Geary IN.. 

And thanks for the compliment on the stove--literally every guest and contractor who walks into the space comments on it, so it was worth going a bit wild with it for the increased curb appeal.

I was full steam ahead on REI before I meet my lady, but things have shifted.

It could cause me to be homeless I just don't know if I'm doing wrong or not because this lady has been on my back since the day I moved in I was carrying things in and she called to tell me that I couldn't have my area rug outside but she didn't give me time to get it in and then my sister lived next door and 3 days after she died that lady came to tell me that she felt left in the dark cause she saw on Facebook that my sister died and we should have told her and that they can't have an apartment rented to a dead person.
