Hello Nate,Well, in Scotland, lodges and log cabins are extremely popular destinations for tourists, and apparently (although I'm still researching this) the UK domestic tourism industry is predicted to grow by 3% over this coming year due to the fact many nationals are not leaving the country for security and monetary reasons - fortunately, in Scotland, regardless of the weather, people are always renting log cabins and lodges. 

I make all my tenants sign a separate Crime Resistant Addendum written by a lawyer addressing illegal drug activity and other illegal behavior .I t takes a good page to cover all the loop holes .

Tons of networking events are popping up now that the weather is warming up.

Elevator, egress stairs, fire resistive construction and probably sprinklers, structural concrete, parking.  

If you use self made contracts, weather they are good or not, most lawyers and closing companies will ask you to use the state approved ones anyway.
