Good morning Account Closed, the city of Grand Rapids has monitors for the short term rental sites (airbnb, vrbo, etc) and will catch it pretty quick, It might be a better idea to check out the surrounding communities as they are a little more forgiving yet still close enough to be an Uber ride to downtown.

I just ask because there seems to be a lot of opportunity in your surroundings area...

Rent could be raised on unit 2 by $50-$100/mo. if I put some time into updating it.Property 2: 2/1 Duplex on a quiet street surrounded by nicer homes.

Follow the rule of surrounding myself with people smarter than me.

All the surrounding properties are very pricey and the houses are selling At 1,000,000+.

Specifically interested in the Little Rock and surrounding areas, also Hot Springs for small multi-family (2-4 unit).
