Does Arkansas Have Good Portfolio Lenders?

Are others finding good portfolio loans in Arkansas for out of state investors? Curious if rates are decent enough for some deals I have seen to work out on paper for holds. Specifically interested in the Little Rock and surrounding areas, also Hot Springs for small multi-family (2-4 unit).
