I would get guys to get the HD windows, and I would pay them $20 per hour to get it done.If the above constraints are not going to work for you (and you need to get ris of the old windows), call 4 or 5 window installers let them know this is an investment, not your home, make sure you are asking them to supply the same type of windows (double pained, argon filled is usually fine), they will knock each other's price down.
